Omniia is a digital platform offering e-wallet services, card payments, bank deposits and transfers, taxi booking services, parcel delivery services, cryptocurrency-related services, and other financial and mobility services. The platform connects users with financial institutions, drivers, delivery partners and third-party providers.

To use the platform, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Provide accurate personal information
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate and complete information, keep your login credentials secure, and notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account. You are responsible for all activity carried out under your account.

The wallet lets you store funds, send money to other users, pay merchants, and pay for taxi or delivery services.

Users may link debit or credit cards to make payments. You agree that card payments are processed by secure third-party payment providers. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.

The platform allows users to deposit funds from their banks and transfer funds to bank accounts. Bank transfers depend on third-party banking systems and may be subject to delays.

Users can request taxi rides through the app. Drivers are independent partners. Estimated fares may vary depending on distance, traffic or waiting time. Users must behave respectfully towards drivers.

Users can send parcels through delivery partners. Restrictions:

• Illegal items are prohibited
• Hazardous materials are not allowed
• Users are responsible for the accuracy of parcel information

We are not liable for damage caused by inadequate packaging.

Where cryptocurrency services are available, users must comply with all local regulations. The value of cryptocurrencies is highly volatile. We are not responsible for losses caused by market fluctuations. Cryptocurrency services may be restricted based on regulatory requirements.

We may charge fees for certain services, including wallet transactions, taxi bookings, delivery services, and currency or cryptocurrency exchanges. All fees will be displayed before transactions are confirmed.

Users must not use the platform for illegal purposes, attempt fraud or money laundering, compromise the security of the platform, or use the service for unauthorized commercial purposes. Any violation may result in account suspension.

We strive to provide continuous service but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Services may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues or regulatory requirements.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or for losses caused by third-party services, and our total liability is limited to the amount of the transaction concerned.

We may suspend or terminate accounts in the event of a breach of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or when required by law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Users will be notified via app notifications, email, or website announcements. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
